Rehabilitation works of secondary roads in village Vazisubani are in progress

Road rehabilitation works financed by European Investment Bank are in progress in Gurjaani municipality village Vazisubani. Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Mr. Zurab Alavidze, Municipal Development Fund of Georgia  Executive Director Mr. Galaktion Buadze and State Representative - Governor of Kakheti Mr. Irakli Kadagishvili visited rehabilitation works. 

Vazisubani population was facing difficulties while movement due to the fact that there were only asphalt remains on some roads. Since works finalization population shall benefit from asphalt-concrete road. 

Project envisages rehabilitation of 1.5 km section of the road with extreme width of 6 m. in village Vazisubani as well as arrangement of yard entrances and metal drainage pipes.
Project is implemented by EIB financial support with cost of over GEL 600 000. 25 locals are hired on works and finalization is scheduled by spring 2017.
