Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Zurab Alavidze, together with the First Deputy Minister Irakli Matkava, met the Ambassador of the European Union to Georgia, Janos Herman.
Zurab Alavidze talked to the guest about implemented, ongoing and planned reforms and projects. On the meeting new projects were discussed about local governance development, road safety and water supply systems that will be carried out in 2017 jointly by the European Union and Georgia, according to the EU standards. The Minister expressed hopes that collaboration between Georgia and European Union will remain fruitful.
Janos Herman asserted that Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is one of the main partners of the EU in Georgia and collaboration between the parties will deepen in the future.
