Counterpart Ministries from Europe congratulate to the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia on the 100th anniversary of declaration of independence of the country.
“We wish Georgia to be prosperous and powerful country” – reads the congratulation of the Minister of Transport of Ukraine. Georgia also received congratulatory messages on centennial anniversary from Lithuania, Estonia and Poland.
The date is also celebratory for the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure. One of the Ministries among the seven within the composition of the Government of Democratic Republic of Georgia back in 1918 was the Ministry of Roads.
Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Mrs. Mzia Giorgobiani thanked the authors of congratulation.
“I want to thank our colleagues from our friend countries for their kind wishes. I want to tell them that Georgia is firmly standing on its path to European integration and support from our partners in this regard is important. We implement hundreds of infrastructure projects in the regions of Georgia in order to ensure equal development opportunities everywhere across the country and support welfare of our citizens” – Mrs. Giorgobiani said.
